I used Espoma Hollytone to change the colors on this plant.
Bottom leaves are from the original owner ....newer growth is with Espoma.
I stopped the feeding(Espoma) for the winter and newer winter growth reverted back to the original leaf color.

Winter leaves..... these have a lot of grey/green color compared to the previous photos.
