Hey,
I would think the best possible idea would be USPS / UPS Overnight shipping, IF you can afford it. I would only do this is if I had the money and I was being shipped something VERY important, otherwise, I would not. We do this when we get Frozen Meds for my grandma, arrives still frozen (and that was when it was the heat of the summer). Sounds pricey though.

Also, you could request Padding put in the box. Just an Idea or two.
