To answer my own question, it was fully ripe June 3. So it took about 3 months from flower to harvest. I let it stay on the plant until the fruit was a golden color and it was the best pineapple I ever had. It's a shame they have to pick the commercial pineapples green to ship. The second plant fully ripened last week and was much bigger but just as sweet.
