Well jmoore, you're certainly right in that
laterita can and does self.
However that does not preclude crossing. The hybrids with acuminata types should be recognisable on 2-3 month's grow out of seedlings.
Currently I do OPP blocks; but
laterita is short; very floriferous; and thus very amenable to my one man (well...one girl) operation.
