Mine only has a little on newly emerged pups. Once they get larger, they're all green. From my experience, it looks like nitrogen deficiency. I would put some blood meal on it just to be safe.

It's hard to tell at this point. You'll know for sure once it gets larger. Given that it was sold as Ice Cream, it's probably a tall.
