Default Re: Germination - Ensete Glaucum

There will be 10 seeds in 3 trays (sealed plastic tubs)
5 seeds in another.
4 difrent types of banana altogether.

10 Ensete Glaucum
10 musa Velutina
10 musa zebrina
5 chinese banana got them free lol

Im glad what i mention seems about right. i like the idea of just covering with moist perlite as it will make it easyer for me to move it aside to look see if there is any movement in the tubs.

It will amaze me if any grow ive been wanting to grow and worrying i cant do it for ages and after getting the seed and soaking them for a week in warm water and scarifing some of each they still feel and seem very hard like bullets. So how they manage to grow is mind bogling to me.

Yes ive seen the Ensete Ventricosum sprouting! read though and posted on there. all the info is good and very re asuring i just liek to work out how i will atempt to do it and see what others think incase its not a good idea etc.

Im just soooo hoping somthing grows even 1 of each and id be delighted!

regards
Steve.
