Until now I was resigned to never finding one that tasted good. Most papayas, to me, taste like something that fell off the back end of Lassie!

The one I tried did not have a bad taste it was just not really that good. I think a good honeydew melon is much better than any papaya out there. Nice tropical looking plant but fruit no thanks.
