Yes - once we have pups to spare we will pass them around - once we have something special to trade we might be able to find rareities here!! Watch this space. It is difficult to identify the different types of banana here, as they grow so easily the locals don't rate them especially and almost prefer the plantains. I might have to become a Spanish-speaking Sherlock Holmes! lol.
The ladyfinger sounds like our rulos (apple-like) which need to become soft and freckled before they are fit to eat. Thanks for the tip though.
The rainy season looks as if it is just starting after a couple of very dry months - hooray - no more watering I hope, and stuff should grow like crazy!!
Oops! we have cows in the road and the dogs are going mad.
