Congrats Clare. Yes, Dwarf Namwah is definitely a winner in our climate. My mat of them is the best looking mat I have right now. Leaves still nice and dark green (though a bit wind shredded). All the rest have more yellowing of the leaves from the cold, dry air we've had at times.

And they do taste very good. I wouldn't know from my own plants (yet), but as you know, I'm always willing to investigate the generosity of my banana-growing neighbors! Fortunately for me, my "neighbors" (which span So Cal, by my figuring) are generous. You know who you are. Thanks.
