Steve-I'm Howard, not Dan. I brought my Mom with me to John's. I assume most of the bananas are not in the ground. Otherwise you have a lot of digging come frost.
Tara- Veteran's Honor is such a beautiful rose. The weather this summer and the Japanese Beetle levels have made most of my roses look like the devil. I'm growing Peace, Chicago Peace, Ronald Reagan, Memorial Day, Cherry Parfait...but this Veteran's Honor has been the best looker so far.
