Default What variety to grow indoors over winter in Texas

Hi

I live in Texas and even though our winter is short it can be quite brutal cold wise every now and then.
I was planning to grow a few pups indoors over winter and my question is which ones are the most suitable vs trying to make them survive in the garage?

- Gran Nain
- Dwarf Cavendish
- Mona Lisa
- Ice Cream
- Orinoco
- Dwarf Brazilian

The selected one(s) would be in a south facing window in the bath room with a skylight above so light wise I don't think it would be too bad.

Many thanks
