Sorry this happened to you. It can really make a person feel badly. Sounds like you're one of many though, so don't take it personally...although this hardly makes it right.

You'll do what you feel is right and what you need to, but just don't let a long drawn-out fight take the good out of you. So many more positive things to focus on...like your wife and children, who need you.

It might be better to just get another job, than to work for a place that cares so little about it's people. You and your family deserve better.

I think something else must be around the corner for you, and as the saying goes, "when one door closes, another one opens". I do think it's right to expose them however, not so much to embarrass them, but to maybe prevent this from happening to others...make people aware.

Sure hope you find an even better job soon. Good luck to you...and congrats on the new baby! I'll be praying with the other members for the good health of your baby son and a great new job soon.
