The color of the underside of the leaves and the reddish-purple midrib and petioles combined with the streaks suggests Mysore to me. I've read that many Mysore clones are infected with banana streak virus, which would explain the streaks on your leaves. I have one that has it, too. Seems otherwise healthy and I get the impression that the virus doesn't do much other than cause streaks. Maybe Gabe or someone else who is more in the know could tell us more about BSV.

Here's more on BSV:
Should banana streak virus-infected germplasm be distributed?

PS -- Pisang Ceylan is a BSV-free Mysore cultivar, or at least that's my understanding.
