We have a new butcher shop here in LA that only sells local pastured organic meats. I've shopped there 4 times now and each time has been a real pleasure. The quality of the meat is just off the chart!

Anyone in the area should definitely check it out. They usually have part or whole roasted chickens made with their dry rub that is the best I've ever tasted. Sometimes they smoke the meat too. YUM!
