Wow, things are looking great JaNan!


I actually tore my sponges a bit when I was trying to remove seedlings so I could get the roots, without breaking them too much. If you break some of the roots though, don't worry, things will still be ok and
grow.


I think your little basil below the bigger sprouts will still be ok but it's time to thin things out and leave just one or two plants of the basil in your pod. The growth will be better.


Especially thin the mint while it's young and not so invasive. Frankly I'm glad it's out of my unit altogether because it was already getting a huge root system on it compared to the other plants. I don't want the mint sucking up all the nutrients and leaving nothing for my other plants!
