Here is my closest faceted one similar to your heart crystal that I hope you will post here too. It is a diamond shaped and the light filters out all over:
My faceted balls don't have hang loops on them so I just put them on a windowsill to catch the sunlight. I do have an elongated one that actually has a led light in it so it lights up. I used to have it hanging from the mirror in my vehicle, but it is not there now so I am not sure where it it!
I'm still looking for it!
