What about a borderline area like where I live? I've got 2 flowers out (just starting to open) and December is only a month away... I haven't had frost since 2009, but there is no guarantee of what will happen this winter.

I would build something, but my Ice Cream p-stems are probably around 15'... pretty difficult to make a structure but I guess I should at least attempt it. If the fruit doesn't open up all the way, will it finish in February when it warms up? or is my only chance it keep it heated throughout the winter?
