This is the last Banana I planted in my garden a nice
Musa basjoo 'Rubra' 
It is not my best picture
but you can se the reddish stem and the red midrib.
I hope this form is as cold-hardy as the two other M. basjoo (regular and shakalin) that have survived winter in my garden
