It just looks unhappy to me. Doesn't look like fungus or bugs, looks like environmental stress. Has it been stressed for water or overfertilized during dry weather? The leaf is nice and green, I definitely wouldn't trim it off. If the black edges bother you, then just trim them off with scissors.
