Default Germinating tree peony seeds

4 months ago I put some tree peony seeds in a zip lock bag with a wet paper towel and finally 7 of them are starting to sprout. I've read somewhere that they require a dormancy period to keep on growing so is it best to just grow them outside in the soil now that they have germinated or should I try to keep them inside by the window?

Has anyone else tried growing tree peonies from seed?

I just noticed them and their roots are growing pretty fast for being dormant for so long.
