thanks for the info. this website has given me much info on caring for my basjoos. they thank you too! another question..... this fall , when it comes time to winterize. i dont want to chance leaving them in the ground over winter even mulching well. do i cut them dig them out ,with or without dirt around the roots????? store them for the winter in a cool dry place. is that correct? they will make it that way right? i love this tree and dont want to lose it.
