After they sprout, get them into very good light, warm temps of at least 60, and good air circulation.humidity that's higher but not keeping a bag or cover over them is good. Good soil, promix hp is what I use, well draining. Pot them up into individual pots, water them in when potted, and don't water them again until the surface soil looks dry. Then water them well, and don't water them again until the surface looks dry. Keep cycling them between well watered and dryness and you'll see as they grow, they need water more often. Then you're out of the woods with them.
