So in Hawaii you may call what we call 'Brazillian' either 'Apple' or 'Santa Catarina', or 'Santa Catarina Ana' (probly a few other names too). And what we call 'Apple' in for example, California, would probly be called 'Manzano' in Hawaii, not 'Apple' since they already have a different 'Apple'. Over here could call 'Manzano' either that or 'Apple', since we already designate the Hawaiian 'Apple' as 'Brazillian'.

Ok, I am drinking a beer and I think I got it now. Monzano is not the same as any plants that the Hawaiians call Apple. Monzano is it's own plant that some people on the mainland have named Apple, but it's not Hawaiian Apple or Brazilian which are the same thing.
Who's on first!
