I have no idea what you might get at the organic place, but I get mine from Kroger. I think mine are Delmonte Gold, or something like that. Just twist the stem off and tear the first few leaves off and put in water to root. Change the water everday and eventually you will get some good roots coming off. Plant and enjoy.
