I'm depressed too. We're expecting 30 degree temperature tonight. A week ago the winds broke two banana plants in half. They both had just put out a bloom. I'm leaving them half broken in hopes that they may still survive, but previous winds have also decimated most of the leaves.

I have a Manzano that has some small bananas, but who knows what it will look like tomorrow. I was planning to order some Freezpruf, but didn't expect temperatures to drop like this so quickly.
