Unhappy End of the season in SE TN

Today, I cut back everything in the sideyard due to the frost last night. Hate this time of year, but what can you do???? Most plants in the sideyard were aroids, angel trumpets, gingers, and a few bananas along with a few small palms. The pool area will be done another day. The basjoo and most everything else did not have much damage. Anyway, thought I would post the after pics.... What a sad day...

It still amazes me how small of an area it is when everything is cut down. I would have thought it would have looked bigger with everything gone. Also amazes me how many plants you can pack into such a small area and they all do well!!!
