Also, a good alternative to Zebrina might be Bordelon. I believe it's a lot more cold hardy.

Would it be able to survive a zone 10a winter? We get freezing temperatures every few years, but it gets close to freezing sometimes.

Definately not hardy enough for winter. You can plant it outside once your last frost has past and you have temperatures in the high teens. It may grow slowly though, but should be fine.

The doctor came in with the results today, greg does have cancer. The doctor says that there is hope tho. The cancer doctor is coming tomorrow to discuss treatments. Please continue to pray for Greg....

Banana's like well draining soil so they don't have to sit in Aqua, and then they will drown unless its a water banana, and doubt it is. I use 1 part cow manure, peet moss, Sand, mix in some...
