The Problem with urea is that it first rises PH wenn bacteria convert it to NH4.
Wenn NH4 is converted to NO2, it reduces the PH.
Plants dont like often changig PH.
Also high ammounts of NO2 are not...

No. If I dig up a pup and it's missing roots -- I discard it.
I meant: start your plant in one culture and keep it there.
DON'T foliar feed a hydroponics plant with anything containing urea...

I can follow this. ... so some misting a couple of times per day and folar feeding during the first two week should lessen the transplant shock, and strengthen the plant to speed new 'hydro'...

I know nothing about hydro. However the markings on your plant in soil are a perfect sign of overwatering. Not sure if that helped. Maybe some type of problem with the water not having enough Oxygen?...

I just found a site that I consider to have the least expensive cfl bulbs, for instance, a 68 watt 6500k cfl sells for about 15.00, anywhere else, it's 22.00 and up. It's called 1000Bulbs.com..Hope...

They look like spider mites to me which is common in winter indoors. Look in bright sun light and see if you can see webbing. Best way I have found to control them is a damp paper towel.

It looks like that pot is too moist. I think you are over watering it or you have soil that doesn't drain well.
Can we get a close up of the pot soil?
