Not a full table spoon if soil is already wet. If soil is wet wait till you can see it needs a Bit more I'd take a smaller spoon maybe a desert spoon. Experience will help. Keep the soil just wet...

Such young suckers dont need a lot of water. If the leavesare generally strong and healthy like in your photos -I'd keep the soil from being really wet all the time .Once the soil is moist ,not too...

To me it just looks like old leaves getting ready for new leafs to follow.
but I will add, that the last 4 pictures the soil looks really wet.
