That is par for the course with Hua Moa. I usually harvest at around 60 days in the summer. And I have harvested hundreds of bunches.

If you have some older photos maybe you can try using them for a comparison.
Try squeezing the fruit, they are soft and they don't ever get hard.
That's the main reason I can't sell them in Puerto...

Congratulations! That's bigger than the only Hua Moa bunch I've been able to grow here in Hawaii out of the 2 plants I had, which have since died.

Left to Right.. SH3640, D Red, Fhia-02, Hoa Moa, Njalipooven, Datil, William's Hybrid (real small), Pisang Raja, Goldfinger (the biggest).. The pots are sitting in 24" or 26" plastic hot water heater...
