yup. thats some pesky bamboo in a friends back garden. the pup that was separated in the pics went to me, along with 3 other fat ones. they start really robust and tall. have a pic of the flower.......

Non Flowering Pisand Seribu aka Thousand Finger Banana

I've huge plants of these but they simply are refusing to flower. Any ideas on how to force flower these things. i've given them flowering granular fertiliser but to no avial :(
