apples in Florida

A member asked about growing apples in Florida. I am presently creating
dwarfs on a very promising new rootstocks for fall.

Peel.. Cut in half lengthwise. scoop out centers and put in small bowl. Add 1 T crumbs
per plantain plus a 1 1/2 " slice of ordinary banana and 1 cooked slice bacon crumbled.

I live in Central Florida, zone 9b rarely gets below 30 13 miles from the coast
and 2 miles from the Indian River. I have a tiny nursery where we will be
coming out with a new apple for our area...
