In the middle on the pic you see the Musa basjoo 'Brissago'. I got in 2004 green fruits from Brissago/Ticino/Switzerland. But the seed was ripen, the pulp was hard and dry, tasted bitter and dry. I overwintered the seed in the refrigerator, sow it in April 2004 out and approx. 4 month later one seedling germinated! The plant on the pic is now 2 years old! |

FANTASTIC....just the type of look i want to achieve in my own garden.....mine is basically the same but Ive also planted chamaedorea palms to give that forest floor look
