 I was thinking just this morning that I should get some good shots of the lake today, with the bad weather that's upon it. It's very rough and the waves are crashing. It's like warm milk, however. I'll be back soon with some pics you'll enjoy... : ) |

It's the same way here most of the time. The clouds just go around us. If it wasn't for the humidity overnight all would be dry and in trouble. Watering is an everyday task and forbid if you miss a day. Good luck.

Those are beautiful cloud formations. I just hate that you didn't get a drop. The rain was coming down so hard here it was flying off of the roof.

Janan I was reading one of the weather forecasts through NOAA and it said there maybe a pattern change next week which could mean rain for Texas. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that its right.

We actually got some rain on the day of the first two pictures. At my house about 1 3/4 inches which was a blessing! But it has been a year (almost to the day) since we got a measurable amount of rain here. We don't have any more in the forecast right now. But I am hopeful!
 It will be in the mid to upper 90's today - but on Wednesday it is supposed to be in the mid 70's with a low in the upper 40's at night!!!!!!
