Thanksgiving Day 6 years ago.....

My Mother called and asked If I wanted a black kitten. I said yes. She brought us this little bundle of cuteness on Thanksgiving day so we named her "Turkey"

She sleeps on my feet most nights, talks endlessly during the day, gets along with all the dogs, ours and my clients, and never strays far from home. Not a mean bone in her body, and one of the best gifts my Mom ever gave me, right next to life. My mom is now gone but her gift lives on. Thanks Mom!

Today she watched a Monarch Butterfly fluttering about and temporally landing on banana leaves, listened to the birds in the Bamboo, and got yelled at by our other cat Gigi for having big eyes and looking at her. :ha:

The pretty little insect she wanted so badly..
