Sometimes depression can just sneak up for no apparent reason. One time I felt a little depressed for a couple days & when a tragedy happened to someone else, I snapped out of it. I started thinking of that person & not myself.
I'm going thru some crap right now & need someone to talk to. I'd love to write about it here, but I'm not as strong as you

Would you mind, Pauly, if I pm'd you about it & to get your opinion & hopefully some advice?!!?
Oh yeah, Joan is right about Dec 21st! That is about my fav. winter day because the days start getting longer after that!!

thats cool by me! thats the day of the winter solstice an auspicious day no doubt and not far away. i do always have some sense of relief on that day. knowing that we are heading back to warmer weather. I'm sure the Bananas will like it. so far its been exceptionally calm weather wise this year.
