Today I harvested four Seminole Squash, it is an Heirloom cultivar and a Native plant to South Florida. :2239:

A whole bunch of Figs from one of two trees, banana peppers, crook necked squash, and more Tomatoes. :^)

That is exactly what I picked today! I have them covered with sugar now--will start making preserves tomorrow.

I picked about 20# of BBs yesterday and about 15 nice butternut squash and some peas and okra.

Peaches, Tomatoes :^) the rest is put up (peppers) or given to neighbors (Tomatoes & Figs)..

Pulled in 5 summer squash & 2 cukes Sunday
Then we went to Maine
Arrived home today...7 more cukes & 2 summer squash
2 different types of summer squash growing

Soooo....cukes (I like) & squash (I do not eat them) going good
Lots of tomatoes....none ripe yet
1st 2 peppers are almost ready to pick

Fianlly, i was able to pick some hot banana peppers, the tomatoes are just about ready, some anyway :woohoonaner:

I have gotten more fruit this year from this mango tree than ever before! This cultivar was developed locally. I've seen the mother tree and origional seedling. They taste great, and are very aeromatic.



I also harvested some wild muscadine grapes while I was clearing some space for new plantings. They are not as sweet as they will be in a week or so.

Today I harvested the last two mangos off one tree and two mangos off another tree that has now bloomed and produced for a third year in a row! :2239:

We eat very well in the summe, Longans, Mameys, Avocados and Mangoes. The squirrels would eat every thing if I didn't harvest quickly and early.
