Re: walk in my garden today
In you second set of pictures, what type of banana is that in the fourth pic next to your house? It is a very nice looking plant.

Re: walk in my garden today
Beautiful yard! I really like the colors on the strawberry flowers. Is it ornamental or edible?
Your bananas are looking great too! Thanks for sharing!

Re: walk in my garden today
'Omg' the Sago is awesome Greg,
This is the thing. Even in your 40s gardners who plant Sagos may never see them to maturity (depending how quick they grow, how warm the country they live) and need for our parents to plant them to hand down so to speak. In the UK some people (elders) would not have even thought of gardening with tropicals. Now even though the last two winters have been cruel with many tropical specimens lost we still want them. Really lovely Sago, and what is the purple flower Greg, I looked in your gallery for a name but only found this: IMG_16171
