Good luck and keep us posted. Mine always ended up rotting at about day 3 so I gave up. I love sprouts; I just can't grow them.

I got 12 quart jars put 1 tablespoon of seeds in each jar. Covered the seeds with about 1 inch of water and let them sit for 5 hours. After the 5 hours I drained the water and just let them sit. Every morning I rinse the sprouts and drain the water and just let them sit.

Day 3

Stir fry is fine as are salads. Some people use them instead of lettuce on sandwiches. Don't mess with my cornflakes--milk only please.
