Good luck and keep us posted. Mine always ended up rotting at about day 3 so I gave up. I love sprouts; I just can't grow them.

Stir fry is fine as are salads. Some people use them instead of lettuce on sandwiches. Don't mess with my cornflakes--milk only please.
