![]() Are there any ways to eat banana seeds (like from a seeded banana not a seedless, something like musa velutina or musa ornata)? Thank you!

![]() In small amounts they won't hurt you, but they aren't pleasant. There are medical reports of children getting intestinal blockages from eating too many seeded bananas. Traditionally, especially in Vietnam, the way they are used/consumed is as an infusion in alcohol, but in that way the seeds are not consumed directly.

![]() But I am saying eating just the seeds, not like biting into a banana and just swallowing it seeds and all. I am saying like are they group up and used to make tea or a drink or something

![]() Short answer is, not that i've ever heard of. If a search here or on google doesnt reveal any hidden use then I would leave it at that. Just curious but why would you want to?

![]() Well ....they are not poisons.....which makes this another reusable source of protein....but they taste little bitter....however a small amount of organic locally sourced cannibis resin with local harvested honey ......makes it all good.
