Banana beef
I had this before its pertty good there is not much to it.
Banana Beef Ingredients: 1 lb Mince steak Salt & pepper 1 Yellow pepper 1 Onion 8 mushrooms 2 bananas 6 tomatoes A pinch of Tarragon Cooking Instructions: Put mince and bananas in a pot, on a meduim to high heat. Put chopped onions on top as this steams them. The same with the chopped peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Stir the heated veg into the cooking beef until the beef is brown. turn the heat down to simmer. Serve with steamed rice. |
