some 95% are Oblica, others are Levantinka and two Drobnicas

Salted "Saylors Olives"
pick the black ones

layer of Olives, layer of sea salt

put in a large bucket and press with some weight to drain the moisture (coure bucked needs to have holes on the buttom for drain)

shake them from time to time, add more salt if needed

few more days and they will be ready

Now when is all done I can say we had a good harvest. We milled last Olives today and this season is now and officialy over. We had a decent crop and high quality Oil.
