11-7-7...Is this ok...for my container grown dwarf orinico? It says it is for Evergreen, Flowering Tree, and Shrub...its made by Scotts... decent banana plant food is hard too find in Illinois!

Those percentages could be generalized as high-medium-medium. Your plant(s) will benefit from it. When you've finished with it and need more, look for "high-low-medium" or even better, "medium-low-high".
