Default how do I move a good sized plant without droop?

Hi all,

I moved a decent sized plant at the weekend but its really suffered by doing this and just wondering how you guys do it. I know I could just lop off the leaves etc but Id prefer to move it without much loss and growth speed.

cheers
Ben

Do you have a photo?

Next time pop out a giant root ball .I mean giant.
Water/Hydrate the plant before and after you transplant.
Keep the plant hydrated.

I'll take one but its carnage

I think rootball size was way too small, that and going from a polytunnel to outside combined has made a right mess.
I had no alternative though - it was getting too big for the area I planted it in the tunnel - Im not one for forward planning!

Thanks
Ben
