I did my research and got the sulphate of potash, which is 0-0-60. It is a heavy granular powder. I simply need to know how much to sprinkle around each plant or mat and how often. In cups if possible.
Just checked ....there are few Youtube videos keywords....." sulphate of potash
application rate" which seem to be a little detailed with the application rate and uses which might help....the fellas use it on veggies mostly.

I already looked around the internet. Best I could find was 330 grams per plant,(Used in an experiment) but it didn't say 11 grams every two weeks for 60 weeks or whatever like that, you know... That is why I asked here. I hear people here talking about using it, one even said to add potassium until the ground bleeds, whatever that means, but nowhere have I found an actual application rate, such as 2 tablespoons around each mat once a week, for example. (In my research, it actually shows it should be applied more and more as the plant matures)
I don't want to overdo it because 1. I don't want to harm the plant, and 2. That crap ain't cheap.

Varieties I supposedly bought: Manzano, Cavendish, Blue Java, Sweetheart, and Gros Michel.
What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more.

I use potassium sulfate. I use about a table spoon in the hole when planting. I know you can desolve in water and poor around the plant. I got on Amazon or eBay in a 5 lb bag. Goes a long way. Haven't seen any adverse effects.
