Default whats on the piper nigrum leaf

they are hard to see, but small white balls on leaves and stem. just wonder if this is a problem

i am trying to get a better pic. it looks almost like small translusent eggs. i hope it is nothing bad.
i have never grown piper nigrum, dont know if this is normal. thanks for your patiens

thanks tony. i have wiped them, but it keeps coming back. i hope it is not a problem. but never grown this befor, or seen anything like this on leaves and stems.
