Lidl UK will be selling Musa - probably dwarf cavendish from next thursday 12th July for £2.49 each or 2 for £4.00.

how many members are in UK, where and how much success do you have growing bananas? i'm not expecting fruit but lost all 4 plants last winter, brought in from the cold.

Brilliant, thanks for the info. I bought one from Aldi a few years back which was a real bargain so hopefully lidl will follow suit.
