Default Too good to be true

I was searching eBay for banana seeds, and discovered a seller that had some very unusual plants, banana and otherwise.
They were very inexpensive (cheap) {Red flag}

Has anyone bought from a seller in China {Red flag?}

If this is real, I want it. Mini Bonsai banana plant.

I don't know but somewhere from the deep dark depth of memories past the image of a friendly family of sea monkeys has floated to the surface.

I raised thousands of "sea monkeys" AKA brine shrimp. I bought eggs by the pound. Fed them to my fish. When I had 18 aquariums.

Haha ... the first picture shows the banana plant growing new cigar leaves AFTER budding and maturing fruit. .... Also, the pstem shows tightly warped 1st leaves with no die-back. This is not the way bananas grow.

The 3rd picture has a number of pixelated areas ... photo-shopped!!

They are plastic or something, LMAO just by reading the title you can tell it's a scam. The seller doesn't even know what he's selling hahah. I'll see if i get a response.

As additional info: .... The leaves in the 1st photo do not look like bananas (not sure what they are); and the mid rib is the wrong shape. And, if you zoom in on the pstem notice there are no leaves growing & space along its length. Banana leaves grow in a spiral or alternately evenly spaced along the pstem. .... The leaves & bunch were stuffed into the stem top and wax (??? something) used to fill in making the sharp tapered down part at the stem top.

Compare the 1st photo to the last photos, These are different plants.

I suggest not buying from this vender. From the title you might get plastic seeds as being "garden decor".
