Mine survived 32 degrees several times over the winter with no problem. It was wrapped, however. As Scot said, check the Wiki for more info.

Mine survived the winter here in West Los Angeles with fruit hanging, but that's not saying much as even my DC's survived with no leaves lost. Just waiting for the fruit to ripen now. It's a good looking very sturdy plant with a fairly large fruit bunch. Fast grower too!

Here are some pics of it taken last fall.


This was earlier before the fruit started filling out.

I forgot to say that the Raja Puri is the plant on the left, the two with bunches on the right are DC's. You can see the difference in bunch size with the Raja Puri being the larger of the three.
