Thanks! my kru died a couple years back. was strong in jan of 2011 but after it had been planted at the end of april, but we had gotten cold weather and it rotted at 5 feet tall.

I'm going off to collage in Windsor at the end of Aug and my parents will have to bring everything in. I wouldn't want my parents to have to deal with digging.

Looks real good Matt! My basjoos are growing very slow this year also. Has only been a few heat spells, lots of rainy days but not many thorough, deep rains. Hopefully we can get at least one month of good growth before it frosts again.
